1Is a deposit required when hiring a car at Target Auto?
In most cases Target Auto offers car hire with no deposit. Paying by credit or debit card is enough. *For bookings worth less than PLN 500 we reserve the right to request a deposit.
2Can I collect or return the car early in the morning or at night?
Yes. All our branches operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can collect or return the car at any time, with no extra charges. The only requirement is to keep to the return time stated in the contract. We also do not charge extra if collection is delayed because your flight is late.
3What does additional insurance cover?
Additional insurance waives the excess for partial damage, but does not cover wheel and/or tyre damage. Please note: cover applies to one incident only. Any further damage during the hire is charged according to our terms. Third-party liability insurance (OC) is included in the hire price.
4What documents do I need to hire a car at Target Auto?
To hire a passenger car you need a valid driving licence and a national ID card or passport.
5Is there a minimum driver age?
We have no minimum driver age and no minimum period of holding a driving licence.
6Are the cars serviced and in good technical condition?
Yes. All our cars are serviced regularly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations. That means customers only receive vehicles that are fully roadworthy.
7Are the cars cleaned after each hire?
Yes. Every car is thoroughly cleaned before it goes to the next customer.
8Can I hire a car with a child seat?
Yes. We can provide a car with a child seat suited to the child's age and weight. All seats are purchased in Poland and have type approval and the required safety certificates.
9What should I do if the hired car breaks down or I am in a collision?
If you are involved in an accident or collision, or the car breaks down, contact Target Auto on the phone number given when you booked. In the event of a collision or accident you should also contact the police.
10Can I pay with a foreign card?
Yes. We accept payments by cards issued abroad.
